DIGITAL MEDIA JOURNALIST.
NAU Athletics Social Media Coordinator
I first arrived in Flagstaff, Arizona as a student-athlete on the NAU Women's Soccer team. I competed for two years and won the 2014 Big Sky Conference championship before beginning my sports broadcasting career for Northern Arizona's only broadcast network NAZToday. Shortly after, I returned to NAU Athletics with an internship in the Media Relations department. I maintained records, wrote press releases and worked on sport-specific digital media projects. Upon graduation, I was called back to work as a Graduate Assistant in the Media Relations department where my primary responsibilities were women's soccer and men's and women's tennis. I spent a year working as an SID and was then promoted to Social Media Coordinator where I now operate as content creator and digital analyst for NAU Athletics on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in addition to managing and overseeing all 10 NAU-related individual sport accounts.
